Our Story
WellerWorks Creative was founded by Vanessa Weller, whose passion for photography began as a student at University of Georgia. From a young age, Vanessa was captivated by capturing moments others might miss, always preferring to be behind the camera. After college, she moved to NYC and built a career as a full-time retoucher, working with top studios and photographers.
Eager to grow, she attended New York University Center for Advanced Digital Applications, where she learned matte painting, compositing, and 3D character animation.
Craving a change, Vanessa moved to the Finger Lakes region of New York, where the beauty of nature and architecture inspired her to start shooting again. During COVID, she saw how much her skills helped friends, families, and real estate clients stand out with better photos and editing. In May 2025, Vanessa officially launched WellerWorks Creative to bring high-end photography, drone videography, 3D real estate photography, and retouching services to her community.
