How long does a 3D shoot take?
A typical 3D scan takes 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the size and layout of the property.
What’s the difference between 3D tours and regular photos or videos?
3D tours offer 360-degree navigation, room-to-room walkthroughs, and floor plan views. Unlike static photos or video, users can explore the space at their own pace from any device.
How should a home be prepared for photography?
Homes should be clean, decluttered, and photo-ready—like a showing. (We can provide a detailed pre-shoot checklist to guide you or your client through the process.)
What types of properties do you photograph?
We shoot residential homes, vacation rentals, wineries, commercial spaces, Airbnbs, and new developments.
When will I receive the finished 3D tour and photos?
Turnaround is usually 24–48 hours. Rush delivery options may be available upon request.
Do you offer bulk retouching or recurring contracts?
Yes! We work with agencies and professionals on long-term or high-volume projects. Contact us for a custom quote.
What is your turnaround time for retouching?
Standard turnaround is 2–5 business days depending on volume and complexity. Rush delivery is available on request.
How do I send my images?
You can upload files via Dropbox or a Google Drive. For large volumes, we’ll set up a dedicated folder for you.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept RAW, TIFF, PSD, and high-resolution JPG files. PSDs with layers or masks are welcome if you have a specific workflow.
How do I book a shoot?
Booking is simple. You can schedule via our website, email, or phone. We recommend at least a 3-day notice to secure your preferred date and time.
Hours of availability are 9–6, but we can discuss custom times for before or after hours.
How much do your services cost?
Pricing varies by property size, location, and services selected. Please visit our Pricing page or contact us for a custom quote or package recommendation.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. A fee may apply for last-minute changes.
How do I pay for services?
We accept payments via PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, and invoicing for repeat clients.
